  Down Beach - Atlantic Ocean @ Limbe (Cameroon) Down Beach, one of the very famous beaches located in Limbe (Cameroon - Central Africa). The beautiful beach is on the Atlantic Ocean. Beach attracts thousands of tourists every day. The water is clean but it looks black as sand is Black there. Little maintenance needs to be taken care of by the competent authorities. A beautiful food court is available near the Beach and you will get verities of food there. I was surprised to get vegetarian food. Food is quite reasonable and tasty. Its  77 km from the city Douala which is the biggest city in Cameroon. Frequent buses are available from Douala to Limbe or you can choose to have a Taxi so that you can visit other local places.     Merlion Statue @ Singapore The Merlion Statue is a very famous tourist destination in Singapore which is located near One Fullerton and Central Business District (CBD).  It's a unique and mythical white color structure with a lion's head and a fish body. Water will keep flowing from the mouth of the structure. It is the national personification of Singapore as well. The new structure was established in April 2002 and open for the public.    Timing: It's  open 24hrs as it is part of the city and you can have a look from outside but the official visiting timing is 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM.   Palais de la Cite @ Paris France Palais de la Cite is a huge fort which is located in the middle of the French capital city Paris. This building has served the country differently over the period of time. 1214 to 1270 - It was the main Fort for King Saint Louis 1284 to 1314 - The fort was used by Philippe IV Many other kings stays there during their periods and everyone renovated and extended its structure as per the need. During the french revolution,  it was converted to Prison and continued serving as a prison for a long period.  Currently, this building is also known as "Palais de Justice" and used for Court and other legal purposes. Some portion of the building is opened for tourists. Its construction is very grand with shows great French Architecture.    Timing:    09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.    Basillica of Bom Jesus @ Goa (India) : The Basilica of Bom Jesus (also known as Borea Jezuchi Bajilika in the local language "Konkani" ) is a Roman Catholic basilica located in old Goa (India). It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the seven wonders of Portuguese structure in the world. The mortal remains of St. Francis Xavier are kept inside the church. He had miraculous powers of healing. Every ten years his body is available for public viewing. It is believed that his body is as fresh as the day it was buried. The last public view was in 2014.     श्री शांतादुर्गा - Shree Shantadurga Mandir : Shree Shantadurga Mandir is a Hindu temple dedicated to godess Durga. The temple is situated at the foothill of Kavalem, a small village in Goa (India). There is a talk of a battle between Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu in our Puran and other spiritual books. As the battle was not ending, lord Brahma requested maa Parvati (Lord Shiva's wife) to intervene and stop the fight. She did the same and hold lord Vishnu with the right hand and Lord Shiva with the Left hand. This avatar of maa Parvati is known as Shantadurga. The original temple located at Quelossim (Keloshi) was destroyed by the Portuguese in 1566 and the goddess was shifted to the present site (Kavalem). The temple's construction started during the Maratha Empire Chattrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj in 1730 and was completed in 1738. Later it was renovated in 1966. This is one of the very famous temples in Goa. Please visit the place and feel the spirituality.  V isiting Timing:  

    Shri Dev Bodgeshwar Sansthan : Sri Dev Bhodhgeshwar temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to the Kanakeshwar baba also known as Lord Bodgeshwar. Locally it is called Bongini or Bodgini. Lord Bodgeshwar is considered the guardian of Mapusa and the people of Mapusa believe that he protects Mapusa and its people. During Amawas (Moonless) night, one can sometimes see the torch held by Lord Bodgeshwar as he roams the fields near the temple.  Temple is situated at Mapusa on Calangute - Mapusa  Road. Its construction is made with white marble which gives great look. It is surrounded by lots of greenery and mild air welcome you there during the evening. Temple is very clean and maintained well. There is a big hall which is used for other rituals like marriages, upanayana sanskar, etc.  Please visit the place and get the blessing.
