Lalbagh Botanical Garden:
Lalbagh Botanical Garden is one of the oldest botanical gardens in Bangalore, Karnataka (India). It was planed by Hyder Ali and then developed by his son Tipu Sultan followed by the English superintendent before Independence and now the present government.
This is one of the very famous tourist destinations in Bangalore and thousands of visitors visit there every day.
There are 3 gates to enter Lalbagh (East Gate, West Gate, North Gate). North Gate opens towards the double road and you will find parking only near this gate. West Gate opens towards Lalbag Metro Station. These two gates are most famous.
You will find thousands of different varieties of plants there. Few trees are even thousands of years old. Below are some of the important attraction inside the Lalbagh
